§ 112A.08 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   The Clerk may revoke or suspend any license issued under this chapter for the following reasons:
   (A)   Fraud, misrepresentation or incorrect statement contained in the application for license, or made in carrying on the licensed activity;
   (B)   Conviction of any crime involving violence against another person or any crime classified by the Iowa Code (or state code for the state in which the conviction occurred) as a serious misdemeanor or any classification more severe than serious misdemeanor;
   (C)   Conducting such licensed activity in such manner as to constitute a breach of the peace, or a menace to the health, safety, or welfare of the public, or a disturbance of the peace of residents of the city, upon recommendation of the Health Officer or other appropriate city official;
   (D)   Expiration or cancellation of any required bond or insurance;
   (E)   Actions unauthorized or beyond the scope of the license granted;
   (F)   Violation of this chapter or any other ordinance or regulation adopted by the city governing any activities or matters which may affect the sale of food and the health, safety and welfare, or, has otherwise conducted business in an unlawful manner or the mobile food vending operation has become a public nuisance; or
   (G)   Failure to continuously comply with all conditions required as precedent to license approval.
