(A) Door-to-door vendors. All vendor licenses for vendors selling goods or merchandise door-to-door shall provide that the licenses are in force and effect only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(B) All other vendors. All other vendor licenses for vendors who do not sell goods or merchandise door-to-door shall provide that the licenses are in force and effect only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
