§ 112.12 LICENSE NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter are not transferable in any situation and are to be applicable only to the person filing the application. Any individual or entity wishing to acquire the license of a current licensee must follow all procedures applicable to initial license applications as provided for in this chapter.
