§ 111.07 REFUNDS.
   A retailer may surrender an unrevoked permit and receive a refund from the city, except during April, May or June, in accordance with the schedule of refunds as provided in the Iowa Code § 453A.13. (Iowa Code § 453A.13) (1999 Code, § 121.06) (Ord. 2616, passed 7-23-2019)
