§ 110.99 PENALTY.

(A) General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided in such section or by Iowa law, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Persons under 21 in licensed premises. Persons that are found guilty under § 110.17(G)(2) above, shall be guilty of a municipal infraction and shall be subject to a $250 fine for the first offense, and $500 for any subsequent offense.
