Voluntary surrender. Any licensee or permittee under this chapter, or any licensee’s or permittee’s executor, administrator, or any person duly appointed by a court to take charge of and administer the property or assets of the licensee or permittee for the benefit of the licensee’s or permittee’s creditors may voluntarily surrender such license or permit to the Division, and when so surrendered, the Division shall notify the city.
