All liquor control licenses and beer permits, unless sooner suspended or revoked, shall expire one year from date of issuance. Five-day, 14-day, six-month and eight-month seasonal licenses or class “B” beer permits may be issued for a proportionate part of the license period. No seasonal license or permit shall be eligible for renewal. Seasonal licensing shall be only as permitted by state regulation.
