All violations of permit application requirements or violations of permits issued under this chapter, and for which specific penalties are not already provided for in § 76.05(F) through (G) of this chapter, shall constitute municipal infractions and the violator shall be subject to all penalties provided for in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. All penalties or fines imposed by the city pursuant to this section shall be in addition to any penalties provided for or imposed by Iowa Code Chapters 321 and/or 321E, as amended.
