§ 50.99 PENALTY.

A violation of any provision of this chapter constitute a municipal infraction, and in addition to the license suspension/revocation procedures set forth in this chapter, violators shall also be subject to the penalties stated in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, including injunctive relief.
