§ 114.25 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to transportation network services (aka rideshare services) or drivers operating under such services. Transportation network services are defined and governed solely by the provisions of Iowa Code Chapter 321N and any applicable Iowa Department of Transportation Regulations.
