§ 114.07 INVESTIGATION AND REPORT.
   Before issuance of the permit, the Police Chief shall investigate the character of the applicant and shall be furnished by the applicant with a current inspection certificate, pursuant to § 114.13 of this chapter, for each vehicle for hire to be permitted, for compliance with the state motor vehicle law and this chapter.
