(A) Approve insignias, identifying designs, or monograms submitted by vehicle for hire business permit applicants for use on the company’s vehicles;
(B) To hear appeals of denials, suspensions, or revocations of a vehicle for hire business permit or vehicle for hire driver’s license initiated pursuant to Chapter 114 of this code; and
(C) To make a final determination on issue appealed. Final written rulings on the issue appealed shall be made no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the appeal proceeding.
