§ 32.801 MEMBERSHIP.
   Membership of the Board of Appeals shall consist of the City Administrator, the Chief of Police, the Transit and Fleet Superintendent and two individuals from the community. The two individuals from the community shall be selected by the Mayor. The individuals from the community shall serve four year terms.
