To the extent practical, all developments shall conform to the contours of the land and natural and preexisting manmade drainage ways shall remain undisturbed. Also, to the extent practical, all lot boundaries shall be made to coincide with natural and preexisting manmade drainage ways within new subdivisions to avoid the creation of lots that can be built only by altering the drainage ways.
