§ 32.502 POWERS AND DUTIES.

   The Neighborhood Improvement Committee shall have the following powers and duties:

   (A)   To make recommendations to the City Council regarding housing conditions and availability issues;

   (B)   To make recommendations to the City Council regarding incentive programs for housing development and redevelopment;

   (C)   To evaluate applications related to Community Development Block Grants; and

   (D)   To perform such other appropriate committee functions which are consistent with the Committee's purpose.
