The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board shall promulgate rules with respect to citizen use of the Recreational Vehicle Campground at Riverview Park. These rules shall be approved by resolution of the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board and shall be reduced to a publication provided to all campers. Any violation of these rules may result in eviction from the campground or, in the complete discretion of the Parks and Recreation Director, a municipal infraction under § 10.99.
