§ 33.05 MALTREATMENT OF POLICE DOGS.
   It is unlawful for any person to willfully beat, kick, strike, torment, injure, disable, torture, mutilate or kill any dog used by the Police Department in the performance of the functions or duties of the Department or to interfere with any police dog while it is being used by the Police Department or any officer or member thereof in the performance of any of the duties or functions of the Department or of any officer or member.
