§ 32.202 DUTIES.
   The Community Development Director shall:
   (A)   Supervise the Engineering and Planning Division, the duties of which shall include, but not be limited to; plan review, developer assistance, engineering design and inspections, grant administration, capital improvement planning, utility locates, economic development, contractor oversight, planning ordinance updates, subdivision code updates, citizen relations, land use planning and Plan Commission relations;
   (B)   Supervise the Building and Neighborhood Services Division, the duties of which shall include, but not be limited to; plan review, housing inspections, commercial and industrial inspections, property maintenance and nuisance enforcement, public sector housing initiatives, commercial and downtown redevelopment, citizen relations, zoning permits, economic development, contractor oversight and Zoning Board of Adjustment relations;
   (C)   Prepare annual budgets for services under the jurisdiction of the Community Development Director;
   (D)   Perform other and further duties as now or may hereafter be required by resolution or ordinance of the city and by applicable federal or state statutes or regulations; and
   (E)   Perform other duties as designated in the Community Development Director job description.
