§ 103.06 GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR OPEN BURNING.
   (A)   Hazardous conditions or nuisance. The Fire Chief, county or state may prohibit any or all open burning when atmospheric conditions or local circumstances make such fires hazardous or a nuisance.
   (B)   Attendance of open fires. Open fires, open burning, bonfires or recreational fires shall be constantly attended by an adult person until such fire is extinguished. A minimum of one portable fire extinguisher with a minimum 4-A rating or other approved on-site fire extinguishing equipment, such as dirt, sand, water barrel, garden hose or water truck, shall be available for immediate utilization.
   (C)   Authority to investigate. The city shall have authority to enter onto private property to investigate and determine if violations of this chapter exist, or to extinguish fires as provided by this chapter.
