§ 103.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to set and establish regulations for burning within the City of Clinton, Iowa and to bring the ordinances of the City of Clinton into conformity with the Iowa Administrative Code and with the International Fire Code as previously adopted.
