§ 32.034 REPORTS.
   The Finance Director shall:
   (A)   Monthly report to Council. Report to the City Council each month the status of each city account; and
   (B)   Annual public report. Prepare the annual public report, cause the same to be published and send a certified copy to the State Auditor as provided by law.
