§ 34.41  LIABILITY OF CITY AND CHIEF OF POLICE.
   Except as otherwise specified by state law, the city and the Chief of Police shall not incur any liability by reason of the appointment of any reserve police officer sustaining any personal injury while serving in such capacity.
