§ 34.38  WHEN UTILIZED; SCHEDULE OF WORK ASSIGNMENTS.
   (A)   Members of the Police Reserve Force may be called into active service at any time the Chief of Police considers it necessary to have additional police officers to preserve the peace and enforce the laws of the state and city ordinances.
   (B)   A schedule consisting of work assignments of the Police Reserve Force will be presented to the City Council, once monthly, for its review and recommendations, by the Chief of Police.
