§ 33.06  ADMINISTRATIVE FEES.
   (A)   There is hereby imposed an administrative fee which shall be as established by the Council to be levied against any person requesting a driving safety course authorized under Tex. Transportation Code §§ 543.113 through 543.115.
   (B)   (1)   The fee is to be paid at the time the driving course is requested and not thereafter.
      (2)   The fee is authorized under Tex. Transportation Code § 543.115 and is not refundable.
