As provided in Tex. Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 45.06, there is established a special expense or warrant fee in an amount as shall be established by the Council for the issuance and service of a warrant for an arrest for an offense under Tex. Penal Code § 38.10 or under Tex. Transportation Code § 543.009; and the special expenses described in Tex. Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 17.04, dealing with the requisites of a personal bond; and a special expense for the issuance and service of a warrant of arrest, after due notice, in an amount as shall be established by the Council, shall be paid into the city treasury for the use and benefit of the city.
