§ 158.03  JURISDICTION.
   (A)   These subdivision regulations shall apply to all subdivisions of land located within the corporate limits of the city and within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city.
   (B)   These subdivision regulations are passed and implemented under the authority of Tex. Local Government Code Ch. 212.
