§ 32.53  AUTHORITY.
   The Hospital Authority: shall be without taxing power; shall be a body-politic and corporate; shall have the power of perpetual succession; shall have a seal; shall have the power to sue and be sued; and shall have the power to make, amend and repeal its bylaws, all as authorized by the Hospital Authority Act, being Tex. Health and Safety Code Ch. 262. The Hospital Authority shall have such other powers as are provided by law.
