§ 156.10  APPEALS.
   Any person aggrieved by any of the requirements hereof may appeal a determination made hereunder by submitting a written request for relief to the City Council. The City Council shall review the request and make a determination on the appeal at the next Council meeting. The City Council’s decision shall be final.
