§ 32.50  ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   The City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the city and its residents to create a hospital authority pursuant to the Hospital Authority Act, being Tex. Health and Safety Code Ch. 262.
   (B)   A hospital authority be, and is hereby, created under and pursuant to the Hospital Authority Act, being Tex. Health and Safety Code Ch. 262.
