§ 32.39  POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The powers and duties of the Board shall be as described in the City of Clifton Higher Education Finance Corporation Articles of Incorporation and the City of Clifton Higher Education Finance Corporation Bylaws, which shall be filed by the City Secretary at City Hall.
