§ 32.37  TERMS; VACANCIES AND COMPENSATION.
   (A)   (1)   Members of the Board shall serve two-year terms.
      (2)   There is no limit to the number of consecutive terms that can be served.
   (B)   Vacancies shall be filled by the City Council for the remainder of an unexpired term.
   (C)   The members of the Board shall serve without compensation, except they shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as directors.
