The regulations entitled Regulations for Access Driveways to State Highways, adopted by the state’s Department of Transportation in September, 1953, and revised November, 1955, as amended, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Secretary, are approved and made a part of this chapter to the same extent as if set out at length in this section; and such regulations shall govern the design, construction and maintenance of access driveways on city streets or highway routes within the corporate limits of the city.
