§ 153.46  GROUND OPERATIONS.
   (A)   Air, ground and vehicular traffic. No person shall operate a vehicle on the airport, except in accordance with the following rules, and all federal, state and local laws. All vehicles shall yield right- of-way to aircraft in motion and emergency vehicles.
   (B)   Speed limits. All vehicles shall be operated within the posted speed limits at the airport.
