§ 153.29  JUDICIAL REVIEW.
   Any person aggrieved or any taxpayer affected by any decision of the Board of Adjustment or the governing body of a political subdivision or a Joint Airport Zoning Board that believes a decision of the Board of Adjustment is illegal may appeal to the court of record, as provided in Tex. Local Government Code § 241.041.
