§ 32.22  TERMS; VACANCIES AND COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The terms of four members of the Board shall expire on September 30 of all odd-numbered years, and the terms of three members shall expire on September 30 of all even-numbered years.
   (B)   Vacancies shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term.
   (C)   No member shall be appointed for a term greater than two years, but may be re-appointed to succeed themselves.
   (D)   The members of the Board shall serve without compensation.
