On any corner lot, no wall, fence, sign, structure, plant growth or any other object, whether movable or stationary, which obstructs the vision at elevations between two feet and ten feet above the crown of the adjacent roadway shall be placed or maintained within a visibility triangle created by measuring 25 feet from the rights-of-way.
