(A) Violations of this chapter are punishable according to the provisions of this chapter which include: whenever in this section of the city, any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor, or whenever the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor, the violation shall be punished by a fine.
(B) Except where otherwise provided, each day any violation of this chapter, rule, regulation or order shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
