§ 151.08  AUTHORITY OF CITY TO REMOVE SIGNS.
   The city may require the removal of any sign for the purposes of bringing the sign into compliance with this chapter. Such authority is applicable to signs both in the existing city limits and the extraterritorial jurisdiction.
