(A) All department heads, officials of the city and technical consultants employed by the city shall be available to the Commission for advice and consultation; and they shall cooperate with and render such services for the Commission as shall come within the scope of the duties of such department heads and officials.
(B) All such department heads and officials shall attend meetings of the Commission upon the written request of the Commission or its duly authorized official.
