§ 150.35  EXEMPTIONS.
   This subchapter shall be subject to the provisions of all applicable laws of the state, including, without limitation, Tex. Transportation Code Chs. 621 through 623; and no fee or permit shall be required for movements of oversize structures if state law prohibits a municipal fee or permit.
