Each application for a permit under this subchapter shall be accompanied by an indemnity agreement signed by the applicant or, in his or her behalf, by a duly authorized agent, whereby the applicant agrees, without reservation, to reimburse the city for any and all damage to streets and public property occasioned by, connected with or growing out of the transportation of the structure.
