§ 150.01  INSTALLATIONS IN DEVELOPMENTS.
   (A)   It will be the developer’s responsibility to install water, sewer, curb and streets in any development or non-existing streets.
   (B)   The city’s only responsibility will be to furnish the main line to the undeveloped property line.
   (C)   A certificate of occupancy will not be issued to any home owners or contractors until all developer’s responsibilities are met.
