§ 116.25  LICENSE NON-ASSIGNABLE; REVOCATION.
   Any license issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall be non-assignable and may be revoked by the City Council at any time it shall appear to the Council that the licensee has violated any provision of this chapter or failed to comply with any requirement of this chapter.
