§ 114.32  BACKGROUND CHECKS; RIGHT TO DENY LICENSE.
   The city reserves the right to conduct background investigations as a prerequisite to issuance of a license under this subchapter, and the city may deny any applicant’s request for license as a result of a background investigation.
