§ 94.07  ARSON REWARD.
   (A)   The city offers a reward in the amount set by the Council to anyone who secures and furnishes information necessary to and which results in arrest and conviction of any person who commits the crime of arson within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   This reward is a standing offer and shall be paid out of the General Fund of the city.
