(A) If the owner or occupant of the premises does not request a hearing as provided in this chapter, it shall be his or her duty to comply with the provisions of the notice given him or her and to remove and abate the nuisance within ten days after the notice was mailed.
(B) Failure to remove or otherwise abate the nuisance following receipt of the notice from the Chief of Police, or failure to remove or otherwise abate the nuisance following the Municipal Judge’s order, constitutes a violation of this chapter.
