§ 92.03  ORDER BY MUNICIPAL JUDGE.
   After the hearing is held by the Municipal Court, if the Municipal Judge finds that a public nuisance exists, the Municipal Judge shall order the owner or occupant of the premises on which the public nuisance is located to remove and abate it within ten days after the order is given.
