§ 31.15  CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   After other following methods (such as verbal and written notices or abatement by the city) of enforcing compliance with the city code of ordinances have failed, a City Code Enforcement Officer is empowered by the City Council to issue a citation or notice to appear before the city’s Municipal Court Judge.
