§ 74.01  APPLICATION.
   Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic-control signals as provided in this traffic code or by law, but, at all other places, pedestrians shall be granted those rights and be subject to the restrictions stated in this chapter and in Tex. Transportation Code Ch. 552.
