All traffic-control devices, including signs, signals and markings of streets and curbs in existence on 9-8-1998, are ratified and adopted by the city as valid and enforceable traffic-control devices. The Public Works Administrator was directed to list all such traffic-control devices in existence as of 9-8-1998, and to deliver the list to the City Secretary.
